SerpongFresh
An operations system that runs SerpongFresh's wholesale business end to end — purchasing, multi-warehouse stock, repacking, sales to business customers, and what's owed on both sides.
The challenge
A distributor working across several warehouses has a lot to keep in sync: what was ordered from suppliers, what actually arrived, what each product really costs once shipping is included, and which customers still haven't paid. Done in spreadsheets, prices drift out of date and it's hard to see how much cash is tied up in stock and unpaid invoices.
What we built
Purchasing
Purchase orders, goods receiving with shipping cost spread across items, supplier bills, and payments — so every product carries its true cost.
Sales
Sales orders, deliveries, invoices, customer payments and returns, with documents numbered automatically and ready for dot-matrix printing.
Warehouse & processing
Stock across multiple warehouses, transfers between them, stock counts, waste tracking with approval, and repacking raw goods into sellable products.
Cash flow visibility
Aging reports for receivables and payables, a cash conversion cycle dashboard, and profit reports that show where the money is.
Pricing engine
Selling prices calculated from weighted-average cost and a margin per category, instead of being updated by hand.
Controls & roles
Separate access for owners, warehouse and sales teams, plus approval requests before an order can be edited or cancelled.
